“Specifically for SME” - design of digital business model

The fourth consecutive online panel within the series “Specifically for SME” was held on Wednesday, 29th of April it was dedicated to digitalization of small and medium enterprises. In cooperation with ICT Hub we presented some of the best SME digital business practices on Serbian market.

Bearing in mind that digitalization reshapes businesses not only under normal circumstances but increasingly so in crisis situations, we gathered representatives of Halo oglasi (Branimir Kulasevic) and Balkans Security Services d.o.o. (Uros Lalic). In discussion with Sandra Nesic, Lead Business Designer & Innovation Manager at ICT Hub they tried to answer on the a lot of questions related to digitalization such as why it is important to successfully implement digital business model and what does digitalization mean for SMEs in the crisis.

Apart from discussion, this online panel provided participants with presentation of the most important findings of the analysis for the digital skills demand in Serbia, conducted last year by USAID CFG.

In cooperation with ICT Hub, The USAID Cooperation for Growth Project launched series of online panels named „Specifically, for SME”, devoted to small and medium enterprises and aimed to help small businesses to cope with business challenges in the state of emergency due to coronavirus pandemic.
